Matt is a very capable attorney. He is sharp and detail-oriented. He prepares his client very well, he answered me anytime, he is frank and goes to the point. And he was able to get me acquitted after I was falsely accused. I strongly recommend him for anyone looking for defense attorney in Hampton Roads.

The man knows his stuff, he is a great definition of someone who will (Represent) you in court. I have a bad history of getting speeding tickets and 102 in a 65 is my most recent out of 4/5 speeding tickets. Walked out of there with a restricted license. Which is a blessing compared to what I could of got (jail). Mr.Ballard was honest and up front the whole time about my situation but never lost hope and gave me the tools to obtain the best outcome possible. 10/10 recommend.
