I filled out the contact information... twice through the website to schedule my consultation because I am profoundly deaf so I rely on e-mail or text for effective communication. Yet I hadn't received one response from any of them. So I called their law firm in Harrisonburg area and learned they never received my form. They advised me to fill out an intake form before I speak to lawyer within 24 hours. So the next day, I checked my email and nothing from them. I called just right before the meeting with a lawyer, turned out they had my email address wrong. So I finally got a chance to talk with a lawyer through my interpreting service to interpret for me, the lawyer sounds nice on the phone. So she emailed me asking for my father's full name and I replied back right away. Then after for a while, I sent a follow up email and no response. Another follow-up email recently, and she finally responded by the end of day. She said she spoke to one of the partners at the firm and there is nothing I can do due to other party's consent. She has tasked the office manager to send my dad a contract to sign. Still no response so my dad and I were able to find a lawyer from different law firm to help us out... I am not sure if it is normal to take a while for Cravens & Noll lawyers to respond to clients. I am a Legal Resource member and waste my time.

It's been wonderful, the attorney and paralegal in the Harrisonburg Office went above and beyond for me.

Just all around horrible experience. Spoke to my actual attorney maybe a total of 3 times in the 4 months or so I was involved with him. Nothing was organized and everything was either done last minute or not done at all. Maybe they would have taken my situation a bit more serious if I wasn't just a client half a country away done by phone only. Anytime I needed to speak with him my attorney was away or unable to speak to me resulting in me having to wait a week out for him or his secretary to call and if I missed that phone call I'd have to wait another week. I paid money to look like a fool in court when he showed to represent me. Asked me questions we never rehearsed, which had me confused(mind you this is over the phone court hearing while yes present for me in court. Again, my experience wasn't great however I chose this firm over all of the wonderful reviews that were left.

Ms. Tameka was knowledgeable and quick. She understood what I was asking and informed me of the different processes. I would definitely reach out again if needed. She explained everything and answered all my Questions.
