I am a youtuber and work with brands doing product reviews. I had a brand who was unhappy with a review and threatened legal action in response to one of my videos. Michael was able to help by sending a letter to the brand telling them to stop harassing and threatening me. He and his team also helped coordinate and advise a settlement agreement. Michael has been a trusted and helpful voice through a stressful time for me as a business owner. I would highly recommend him. He is wise, calm, and decisive.

Over my career I have worked in several law firms and consequently know a large number of lawyers, all with different strengths and weaknesses in terms of their legal style. Very helpful: he had me send him my company's policy manual, my job description, plus answer specific questions about my duties and compensation. He was to determine if I had a case to file a grievance to challenge the new compensation scheme, such as my employer decided not to pay us when we have to work holidays. He told me up front what his fees would be if he thought I had a case, but did not charge me for spending his time reading a lot of material if he didn't think I had a case. Unfortunately, I did not have a viable complaint and did not end up hiring a lawyer.

Mr. Sharp did an outstanding job of understanding the complaints against us and the background to the case, and demonstrating to the judge that these complaints were groundless, resulting in dismissal of each. He also did an outstanding job in explaining to us what was legally possible and what was problematic. I would gladly call on him on any future litigation.
