Cons
1
Potential communication and billing issues
“Make certain you get everything in writing from him and have someone versed in legal contracts to go over it if possible. Maybe even record your conversations with him. He'll quote one price and quickly run through the money and ask for A LOT more. When you bring up any discrepancies, he will gaslight you and swear he never agreed to x or y.”
2
Unprofessional behavior in certain situations
“On two separate occasions Mr Corder spoke to me extremely disrespectfully raising his voice and had the audacity to question my sanity at one point. He was very unprofessional once he was paid.”
