Karen has been such an advocate for adults with disabilities. She has handled all of our needs including guardianship, wills, special needs trust, and power of attorney . She is easy to get in touch with and always does things very carefully for us. I would recommend her to anyone needing services like I mentioned above.

Karen and her staff were extremely helpful in assisting my family through the probate process after my father’s death. We live in a different state and after our Zoom consultation, there were many phone calls and emails. She and her staff were great on getting back to us quickly. Also, very reasonably priced!

She worked with us to set up a Trust, Wills, POA, etc. and patiently explained things we did not understand. She asked great questions to make certain everything was done to accomplish our wishes. Her staff are excellent.

I own a Merger & Acquisition firm and have recently closed a business transaction with Todd. I find him to be thorough, professional and time sensitive. There are lots of folks that claim to be business law attorneys but ultimately create fear and mistrust of the opposing side. He understands that his role is to protect their interests but also understands when the deal gets to his desk, his job is to keep both parties out of litigation later over misunderstood objectives from the beginning.
