We're still clients and I must say his experience and guidance throughout this has been the calm in the storm my mother needs during this difficult time. As with anything legal, it takes time. Patience is hard at times, but, knowing he's got it under control has been a huge weight lifted.

I own a Merger & Acquisition firm and have recently closed a business transaction with Todd. I find him to be thorough, professional and time sensitive. There are lots of folks that claim to be business law attorneys but ultimately create fear and mistrust of the opposing side. He understands that his role is to protect their interests but also understands when the deal gets to his desk, his job is to keep both parties out of litigation later over misunderstood objectives from the beginning. I highly respect him and look forward to working with him in the future and will also look for opportunities to refer clients.
