I've contacted Big Valley Law Firm and spoke with Robert Hahn and he advised to take/attend a defense course to submit to the court and explained the possibilities the prosecutor can finalize my case. They helped in reducing the severity of the violation as Virginia has strict rules when comes to speeding even though its my first time for receiving a ticket but the overall service was good but expensive and took care of everything behalf of me without needing me to attend the court.

My girlfriend and I were taking a trip to the Great Smokey Mountains in Tennessee to celebrate her college graduation, when a Virginia state cop pulled us over as we were passing a truck, going with the flow of traffic. Upset to get a speeding ticket only to find out it was a felony I was being charged with for going 80 in a 65mph zone (though all signs said 75). Frustrated and scarred, we started calling lawyers in the area. We got quotes from $800-$1200 from smug lawyers telling us how good buddies they were with these crooked cops & could handle our case. Until finally we were referred to Big Valley Law by trusted friends. As soon as Robert Hahn started talking to us like actual people and quoted us $500, we knew he was our guy. The firm updated us as the case details unfolded and gave clear instructions how to improve our chances of winning the case. Their responses to our questions were always timely and thorough. All-in-all it ended up costing us a little over $800 total and the charges were reduced to a minor "improper driving" misdemeanor. We would strongly recommend these lovely people to anyone seeking legal guidance in the Harrisonburg area.
