David Mitchell and the folks at Smith Strong made our estate planning process easy, understandable and pain free! David's explanation of the various options we had, their pros and cons and our final decisions were clear and concise making a complex process (complex for me, anyway) straightforward and uncomplicated. We had four sessions during the entire process including a group seminar, initial consultation, document review and signing and how to implement the trusts. At each step, we felt unhurried and David spent as much time as we needed to fully understand the options and our decisions. I am confident that we now have a well-prepared estate plan that meets our needs and wishes. I highly recommend Smith Strong and David Mitchell.
