Excellent workshop, knowledgeable attorneys that answer all of your questions about estate planning. I highly recommend that you take the workshop. Many of my questions were answered about estate planning, probate and more.

I cannot recommend SmithStrong. A simple divorce, 1 year later I hired another firm. At first, my Lawyer was enthusiastic, stating how strong my case was. Then after months of no communication my Lawyer realized they failed to send the paperwork. I felt completely uninformed about my own case. There was no follow up on issued disclosures sent to my husband. After hiring another law firm, both myself & my new attorney asked for the documents that had been provided to SmithStrong. Some were sent but many were lost. I asked Mr. Smith for a case review because the Lawyer, employed by the firm was not representing the firm or the client well. Mr Smith did schedule a phone meeting with me & he was very pleasant. A week before our meeting, I received an email from SmithStrong about documents they needed to return to me. I specifically asked for the documents to be sent via FedEx because of resent delivery issues & staffing shortages with the USPS. SmithStrong sent 3 envelopes, that I received opened today, by snail mail via USPS. My private documents along with those of my soon to be ex was sent negligently, unsecured. The trust between this client & law firm has been broken. My identity has been violated. I hope whoever made the decision to negligently handle my documents is terminated. It thrills me they spared the expense of $20 to mishandle my private information.

Attorney Nicole Gram and her paralegal Brianna helped me create a trust for my only daughter. I met Nicole because her firm was offering free estate planning seminars to the public. Nicole makes things easy to understand. I was pleased with how efficient these ladies made the entire process. I was especially impressed with how responsive they were and their super kind personalities. Five stars for the level of customer service I experienced!

These lawyers are awesome

I had an awful experience with this firm & in hind sight I would have been better off representing myself and could have saved tens of thousands of dollars. I had to point out to them that they withdrew the same invoice twice (over $3,000) from my bank account and makes me wonder if it would have ever been caught otherwise. I had to go to court just to get rid of my attorney and incur additional fees and there is still no finality to my divorce 18 months in. I would recommend another firm entirely.

Go with someone more professional. On 11/14/2023 at 12:00pm I was in court dealing with an emotional case where Keith Jones was present. He wasn’t representing anyone in that room but was there talking to his friend. This man is not someone who you want representing your case he is very immature and unprofessional. While we were in the court room Keith and his buddy were acting like little kids giggling and whispering being very distracting and not taking into consideration what others in the room might be experiencing. Once the hearing was over I went over to ask his name and he was still laughing. Do yourself a favor and find someone better who will be more compassionate, professional, and is more respectful then he is.
