This review is LONG overdue - He is Great. I was in the divorce from Hell - I wish he had been my first attorney rather than my third. I would have been divorced so much sooner - no nonsense & no BS !!!

Mike was great during prep for court, very thorough. However, he does not do well in trial. He is very nervous, almost hyper, was not a clear speaker, did a lot of stuttering / stammering, and seemed to irritate the judge on more than one occasion. He did not come across as professional as I would have liked. Made a few errors and had to backtrack frequently, causing the judge to appear frustrated. The outcome of my case was not good, and I feel like his lack of professionalism was the main cause. I would trust him to handle cases that did not require trial (legal paperwork maybe?) - but I would not take him back to court again.

Mr. Sitton has been my attorney for over a decade. He is extremely intelligent and never lost a case for me. He is always able to sit down and talk or readily available if needed by phone. He is honest and gets right down to the truth of the matter at hand. He has won cases for me against building contractors, divorce, helped me set up my business and file for S-corp status as well as trademarking my business.

He and his new secretary are both very nice and willing to answer questions for days. My friends who are educated in law told me that he settled my case very quickly and I was happy with the outcome.
