Linda Scott does not care about her clients. She deliberately told me and the family of my fiance' that she will not fight for him if he did not sign the plea agreement. She did not want to hear anything of his story. She didn't want to explain anything. She rushes you and will walk away when she is done talking or does not want to continue the conversation. She railroaded him and was obviously not on his side. Forget retirement, just disbar her with no type of severence. No telling how many people she has done this to. From other reviews, this was not her first time doing this.

Represented me in 2016, had no understanding of the law. Fail to object to sentencing, witch keep me from future sentencing appeals. I was sentenced four times over my guidelines. Fail to get in contact with witnesses. Bad attitude and non informative

Mrs Scott is a great lawyer and is very compassionate when it comes to her clients,but the most is she is very up front and honest with you.

Me Scott was rwcently appointed by Henrico County to represent my daughter in a dui case. The sentencing was today, and the outcomne couuld not have been better !! Ms Scott was very professional throughout and made decisive, convincing arguments in the trial. Very sharp, thorough and a great choice.
