She is the best lawyer I have ever known in VA. At first I was so worried about having a record in my life. But after I talked to her, I felt so relieved. She is so nice that you could trust her at all. I had a case that driving 82/70 Mph in VA, which cause a Misdemeanor.. and an infraction for the expired license. The outcome is changing misdemeanor to infraction,no points, no record, no influence on the insurance, and the infraction is dismissed. All in all , she is deserve your trust!

Mrs. Jimmerson was able to get a 5 yr sentence dropped to 90 days to be served on weekends for me. She is very professional and very reasonable and I definitely would recommend her services to anyone.

My husband got a speeding ticket in Virginia (we live in N.C.), he missed his court so a judgement was entered against him. All of the other Attorneys that I called were going to charge us before they could even promise us to get the case re opened to have the charge reduced...but not Attorney Jimmerson, I corresponded with her wonderful Paralegal (Mary) and they totally eased my mind and got everything taken care for us. I highly recommend.

My ex-husband appealed the JD judge's decision to give me a protective order all the way to Circuit Court. Meredith was amazing. I had been abused for 30 years and she worked with me, understanding my fear of dealing with the ex. We won the appeal - thank goodness!!! My only regret is not hiring her for my divorce.

I was given a speeding ticket headed to Washington DC. My speed was 12 miles over the speed limit which requires you to show up in court or hire an attorney. I called Meredith and she gave a very educated guess to the outcome. Her fees were very reasonable. My case outcome was exactly as she predicted.

Outstanding attorney! She instilled confidence in me from our first conversation. She knew the ins and outs of the court my case was being held in, and offered sound legal advice on how to best prepare. She was crucial in having my reckless driving by speed charge (which carries a misdemeanor charge in VA) reduced to a simple speeding traffic offense. it was very important to me to not have a misdemeanor on my record, and Ms. Jimmerson was able to accomplish that.
