I have had 2 different instances where I needed help from Michael at Wakefield Law, PLLC and he was wonderful! Michael is knowledgeable and helpful. He is also patient and kind. Michael knows what he’s talking about when it comes to Landlord-Tenant Law. He was able to help me resolve both of my issues expeditiously. If you need help, this is the law practice to go to. We worked with Michael to put together a much needed, but long overdue family trust, as well as wills, powers of attorney, Advance Medial Directives, and Final Disposition Instructions for my husband and I. Michael was very communicative, professional and reasonably priced for the excellent services he provided. He was able to quickly put the documents together, held a review of them in person and made any necessary changes on the spot, then provided us the original and a copy for our records in a nice binder.
