I learned of this firm because they were collecting a debt I was unaware of. I was impressed with the professionalism, the attention and ability to communicate without being nasty about it. Charles Wakefield represented me in a “deadbeat” renter case (The “deadbeat” renter was an attorney who worked for the Federal Government, United States Department of Veterans Affairs). She damaged my townhouse and refused to admit to and pay for damages and other bills. She tried to pull many tricks, but due to the experience of Charles he anticipated her actions and was quick to nullify or react. Charles was easy to get a hold of and always had time for my questions, he kept me informed at every step of the process and was very organized. He is well respected and known in the courts. We were able prevail in court and he successfully garnished the wages of my “deadbeat” renter twice. Don’t waste your time and money on a collections agency that will just send some letters and make annoying calls. Just go with a true professional - Charles - and get results.

He was very professional and patient throughout the process - explaining all the documents, what each one was intended to do, and offering professional advice on options over the course of the back-and-forth questions for each one.
