Highly recommended. Got the job done!

Phenomenal job by Ben in dealing with my case. He got the charges dropped by the prosecutors office and took care of everything for me including getting me the disposition letter and getting the records sealed/Expunged. I was really worried as to how the case would proceed and Ben got me the result I wanted for which I am forever grateful.

Without going into too much detail, I was looking at some very serious charges with some more serious consequences that extended beyond the pale of the courtroom. And here comes Mr. Kershner - whom I'd never met or retained before. He was kind, professional, and even jovial and positive. Even when discussing the grim possibilities of what might "happen next" he had me laughing and smiling. No, Mr. Kershner left nothing to chance and was truly engaged in listening to me. Not once, did I at all, feel like I was just a case number and a fee to him - not once. And that is rare in his line of work. In fact, in reviewing my previous cases that lead to this one - he was angry that he couldn't represent me for them. His reaction was one out of sincerity and heart - wanting to truly help me (because he knows with that attitude the rest will follow). I do not know the extent of Mr. Kershner's practice as far as where and when he might be available - but I'll tell you this...there is only ONE other person that could do better and well, He rose in three days ;-) I wish I could give him more stars and walking out of court that day with him was incredible it. We were not client and attorney...we were "bros".

I can not tell you what an experience we had with Caleb. What I put in words will fail to fully explain the dire consequences that we faced. In all appearances, and what we were told before having Caleb take charge of our case, there was absolute time to be spent! Caleb had a "take charge" attitude and is a very strong attorney who really really knows the law and how to apply such. We ended up with a DUI dropped and the other charges reduced to wreckless driving! An AMAZING outcome and one that we would only dream and pray could come true. THANK YOU CALEB!
