Mary was extremely helpful and responsive for the entirety of my public intoxication case. I was in good hands from the beginning to the end. Having her on my side was truly a Godsend. She is quite tiny, but she is so mighty. And she is recommended ever so highly. I would be remiss if I didn't include Jess. The two together took care of this mess. The law is quite fickle and sometimes unknown. With Mary and Jess you won't be alone. She's a miracle worker. I recently had a rather tough citation in which everything was stacked against me. All the research came back that I wouldn't be able to get through this citation without some serious problems. She worked closely with me to prepare us for the potential options and defenses we could leverage for the best outcome. All throughout the time prior to the final court date, she was very professional and responsive to my inquiries. Ultimately, she was somehow able to get the outcome to an unbelievably positive state. I really don't know how she did it. Definitely would recommend to anyone who feels alone or defeated and needs that expertise to lean on during these trying times. Thank you, Mary!

Being charged with a DUI can feel like your world is literally crumbling around you. The disappointment you feel and pending financial stress can be overwhelming. When i hired Mary, I did not know what to expect but I had confidence in her. She did not only dilever but went above and beyond my expectations. She was available to meet via zoom, which was very much appreciated during this pandemic. My charges felt like the weight of the world on me. She negotiated to have my felony reduced to a misdemeanor, then dismissed upon completion of probation of one year. My driving privileges was minimally impacted due to her knowledge of a new law which came into affect on July 1st 2020. She had to school the prosecutor and the Judge on the details. Mary then continued to amaze me. She followed up with the prosecutor and the judge after the case was heard to reduce my DL suspension time from 18 months to 12 months. I have never witnessed two different prosecutors speak on the behalf of a defendant as much as I did during my case. I had to do my part with her guidance to make these results possible, but I couldn't have picked a better lawyer but more importantly, a better person. I highly recommend Mary! She is very knowledgeable, prepared and she will fight for you!
