I hired Mary Nerino to be my attorney after I was pulled over for speeding after going through the toll booth on the Dulles Greenway. It's 35mph for a short distance before it switches to 65mph. The speed I was going was considered reckless driving and I was completely freaked out based on stories I'd heard in general, but specifically in Loudoun County, VA. Mary and her team professionally obtained all the pertinent information from me to defend me and try to at least get the reckless down to speeding. Mary was thorough, communicated regularly with me, always returned my emails and phone calls and was a pleasure to work with! I can highly recommend her across the board: professionalism, intelligence, knowledge of the proceedings and making me feel reassured. And to top it all off, she was able to negotiate with the prosecutor to lower my offense to a speeding ticket.

I shopped around lawyers, The reason I chose Ms. Nerino was the way she approached me on our first phone conversation, she was polite, respectful of my feelings, and understood I'm sometimes a little anxious. With Ms. Nerino's help I was able to get my 94mph in the 55mph reckless driving charge reduced to a speeding ticket 74 in the 55, which is almost unheard of when your going over 90. I was prepared to possibly go to jail and have my license in Virginia revoked. Instead Ms. Nerino got me off. Thank you so much for helping me out. I can sleep better at night now.
