Mary Nerino is an excellent, very competent and very intelligent lawyer. She worked on my case very carefully and was attentive to details. Several times Mary Nerino was also compassionate about understanding all the stress I was experiencing because of an abusive accusation by the Arlington police. She knows how to treat her customers with great professionalism and compassion! In the end I was not found guilty and Mary was very careful to analyze the details of the case, she is an excellent professional and she certainly has my confidence and I indicate her without any doubt of all her professionalism.

WOW!!!!!! What a great Attorney. I mean I couldn't have dreamed of a better outcome. This was for a reckless driving case. I spent 3months stressing about losing my career couldn't even sleep. I talked to 50 plus lawyers and they all were stating I would lose my job and receive jail time if convicted. Mary was the only lawyer that had a plan to take me to trial in attempts to win. PLEASE GET A LAWYER THAT WILL FIGHT FOR YOU!!!!! most lawyers just want to plead you out. DON'T ACCEPT THAT. Mary is the only option, and has a very affordable rate. She saved my career and my record. My court date was yesterday, she was amazing at trial I was blown away by her performance. I would like to start off this review by simply saying “Thank you”. In February 2020 I was charged with a 2nd DUI within 5 years along with driving on a suspended license. My life came crashing down on me as just one month prior to this incident I had started my new career. I knew that if I was convicted of these offenses I would lose everything that I have worked so hard for and my life would be in turmoil. After extensive research I decided to contact Mary Nerino who is a lawyer at Price Benowitz. After speaking with Mary on the phone she made feel optimistic about my case and had advised me that our best chance at a favorable outcome would be to take this case to trial. After several of our court dates had been pushed back due to COVID-19 we finally went to court in January 2021, almost a full year after the incident. I arrived at the court house 30 mins prior to my scheduled hearing and met with Mary. We spoke about all the possible outcomes and she advised me to not take a plea offer since I was not guilty and instead to take it to trial. I was nervous but at the same time I was at ease because I knew Mary would do everything in her power to get me the best result possible. Well, she went well above any expectations I could of ever had. Due to her expertise in dealing with these cases she was able to get BOTH of my cases DISMISSED! I couldn’t believe it. I am writing this review a day after my court date and I am still in awe. This past year has been incredibly stressful and I now have a huge weight that has been lifted off of my shoulders. It is not easy to get DUI’s dropped, certainly not a second one with the specific details revolving around my case. Watching her work in the court room and pick apart at holes in the prosecutions testimonies was a thing of art to say the least.
