Mr. Soldan represented me recently, and my experience with him was great. He is a very kind, knowledgeable, and well-spoken individual. He listened to everything I had to say and answered the majority of my questions before I had to ask them. He was very thorough in his explanations, and has a great attitude towards what he does. When I needed representation concerning child custody issues, another area attorney that could not represent me due to conflicts, referred me to Charles. I have to say that having Charles represent me on several occasions and over several years led to good results, or at a minimum, best as could have been reasonably expected under the circumstances. To my surprise, despite intervals where a couple years had passed, Charles had clear recall of my circumstance and issues. Additionally, I have to say that Charles was always friendly, personable and it felt like he was generally concerned for me and my well being. Finally, I believe the fees I paid were very fair considering the sky high hourly rates some were charging in Loudoun County, or the Northern VA area.

I had a great experience working with Mr. Soldan. He patiently heard my case which was a little unique than the usual reckless driving. I was very nervous, however, after talking to him my worries were laid to rest. He was always there with me at the court to support me and explained the probable next steps at each step. In the end, I was able to get the best result as I much as I can hope for. I would highly recommend Mr. Soldan to anyone who needs legal advice/help. He is easily approachable and can really help you out and make your legal proceedings stress free.

I was INCREDIBLY lucky to get Mr. Soldan's representation for some charges I had faced. The thing I respected the most about Mr. Soldan is he actually listened to what I had to say. He listened to me about how we should move forward, and implemented the action (or educated me on why that approach might not work, or might have some unintended consequences) but he never went against my wishes once. The outcome of the case turned out to be, literally, the best POSSIBLE outcome I could have received. I was extremely happy with his representation, and would hire him again in a heartbeat to represent me on any case. He is extremely professional, doesn't BS you, and is very communicative with me on updates to my case. He answered every question I sent him over email, and usually pretty quickly as well.
