While the notary who conducted our actual closing was quite good, and made the time at the settlement table a smooth, easy experience, the Settlement Processor, who prepared everything leading up to the settlement was a most rude and unpleasant individual to work with. This is quite unfortunate, since her assistant was very sweet. However, each encounter with the Settlement Processor was more unpleasant than the last. I'm hopeful to never have to work with her in the future. She would truly benefit from learning some soft skills, as I assume technically, her work was fine. But, I do not need to spend money to be treated in the manner with which she behaved.

Just had a closing with Vesta Settlements, the folks there were on top of things, had a few issues getting the settlement statement correct, but they were fast to remedy. Closing went smooth and everyone was estatic!
