Can't say enough great things about John and his team.

We have trusted Jim Beglis from Whitbeck Bennet for years as our family lawyer. We have called on Jim to take care of both my and my wife's will. We also relied on Jim to review a deceased relative's estate to make sure everything was above board. Jim was a pleasure to work with. He treated us as valued friends and not just as paying clients. He made the process extremely easy for us. He took care of all of the minor details prior to our arrival so our in person meetings went smooth and quickly. He maintains the highest level of professionalism while addressing all of our concerns.I have referred many friends,family members and colleagues to Jim for their Family Law Needs.

Jim Beglis was kind, caring, and competent. I hand an excellent experience with all of the staff as they helped guide me through a stressful situation. I would highly recommend this firm.

I reached out to the WhitbeckBennet Law firm regarding an academic matter. Despite clear communication regarding the statute of limitations, Ms. Lancaster and Ms. Rose failed to take any action on my case, even though they had agreed to take it on, signed the agreement, and received the attorney fees. They did not respond to my emails and follow-ups. I then reached out to the managing partner, John Whitbeck, in an attempt to resolve the issue. He refused to address his team’s failure to comply with our agreement and even went so far as to ask me not to email him again. I found his behavior disrespectful and unprofessional. Subsequently, I filed a complaint with the Virginia State Bar (VSE). The case is currently under review, and Mr. Whitbeck is required to address the concerns raised by VSE. Failure to adequately address these concerns may result in legal ramifications for Mr. Whitbeck. Given my experience, I would advise caution when considering working with the WhitbeckBennet Law firm.

John Whitbeck @ Whitbeck Bennett is a Maverick of the legal profession. If you have a mission impossible in the eyes of the courts, call John and his team. I endured decades of litigation, and John delivered a mortal payload to opposing counsel EVERY TIME. When your kids are at stake, failure is not an option. Thanks to John Whitbeck, I will see my kids grow, graduate from high school, college, and beyond. A possibility that would not have occurred had it not been for John's brilliance, perseverance, and perfect courtroom delivery. I thank God every day he led me to the beautiful people @ Whitbeck Bennett.
