Want to start this out by saying thank you John , Jeff and Miranda. They all went out of there way above and beyond for me words can’t describe how much I appreciate them all. They answered calls of mine during their time with family , kept me updated , and even broke everything down for me with tons of knowledge. I love them My situation was very very scary given I wasn’t from VA and didn’t know what direction it was going. They always kept me comfortable but even that didn’t calm me. I had never been in trouble but this one was no little charge. From my Bail hearing all the way to sentencing they had my back. Made sure we got the outcome we were looking for and did it was ease. I watched it all. They are great at their job extremely talented and care about their clients. I was very hesitant at first because putting you life in someone else’s hands is very tricky. They made me realize they were the best candidate for the job. Hope I never have to hire them again but I suggest them to anyone going through any tough situations. Thank you guys again

After my wife was arrested for DUI, John assisted us through the entire process and secured a conviction that was reduced all the way down to reckless driving. I hired Mr. Boneta as a criminal defense attorney, and was extremely pleased at the result Mr. Boneta was able to negotiate for. I was facing a felony charge, but thanks to his negotiating skill, relationships with the Loudoun county legal community, and extensive knowledge, Mr. Boneta crafted the perfect mitigation strategy which helped persuade my prosecutor to lower my charge to a misdemeanor. My sentence originally had a 1-5 year recommended sentence, but my new reduced charge resulted in 40 hours of community service and can be dismissed and expunged in a year.
