Nicole is extremely knowledgable about everything I needed to get the legal side of my business up and running. She not only provided me with the appropriate contracts I needed, she educated me on what everything meant. She broke down how I should operate in my business to ensure I am protecting myself and my business. Her response time was great and she always provided answers to my question, no matter how big or small. An issue evolved that dealt with several years of miscommunication with DC Unemployment office! Nicole handled it very professionally, got right to "the heart of the matter", didn't let the typically very bureaucratic personnel give us a hard time! And just plain, "got it done"!
