I had a very serious traffic charge against me. I interviewed a couple attorney's and went with Thomas Soldan given he was able to point out a couple flaws in the police report/discovery. He was very responsive during the 6 month process by email, text, and calls. If I had any questions he was more than willing to answer them. In the end, I got an extremely favorable outcome. If you have any traffic charges against you look no further Mr. Soldan will look out for your best interests.

Tom represented me in a very strange and complicated case. He explained everything to me very clearly. Was very communicative and responsive. Knew exactly what the outcome would be ( great outcome) and achieved it through his hard work. His knowledge and experience around the Fairfax court system is impressive. His insights into the law and the judges are equally impressive. I was very lucky to have Tom represent me in this case. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Attorney Soldan was excellent. He assisted my son in a legal matter and was helpful and practical. Not only does he know the law and able to explain it but he also related well to the issues my son was facing and was understanding.

Thomas Soldan represented me in Loudoun General District Court in Leesburg, VA for a speeding ticket/traffic offense. In a court where these tickets are rarely (aka NEVER) reduced or dropped, Mr. Soldan was able to win a complete dismissal of my charge, based on his exceptional knowledge of the laws, excellent court manners and thorough preparation for my case.
