Hands down one of the best lawyers in criminal cases as well. He will go out of his way to find his clients satisfaction. Especially when it comes down to plea deals no doubt he is the best choice in negotiation. I recommend him for domestic cases and any assault cases. I am young adult who got in trouble twice with the law. From the jump, Mr. Clark told me what I needed to do and the reality of my situation. I felt confident in my case and he assured me he would get the job done. When I first got in trouble with the law, I thought my life was over. I saw the many doors open in front of me close. Mr. Clark allowed me to crack these closed doors open a bit open until finally he reopened them for me. He got my first charge dismissed and my second one brought down to a traffic ticket from a high offense. If you have any doubt about this man’s capabilities…DON’T! He is absolutely the best lawyer in northern Virginia!! My husband had a felony malicious wounding charge and he was able to get it reduced to misdemeanor assault and battery!!! Very reasonable price and willing to work with you as well!!! If you’re EVER in need of a lawyer he’s definitely the best choice!! There’s no case he can’t tackle!!!!

Want to start this out by saying thank you John , Jeff and Miranda. They all went out of there way above and beyond for me words can’t describe how much I appreciate them all. They answered calls of mine during their time with family , kept me updated , and even broke everything down for me with tons of knowledge. I love them My situation was very very scary given I wasn’t from VA and didn’t know what direction it was going. They always kept me comfortable but even that didn’t calm me. I had never been in trouble but this one was no little charge. From my Bail hearing all the way to sentencing they had my back. Made sure we got the outcome we were looking for and did it was ease. I watched it all. They are great at their job extremely talented and care about their clients. I was very hesitant at first because putting you life in someone else’s hands is very tricky. They made me realize they were the best candidate for the job. Hope I never have to hire them again but I suggest them to anyone going through any tough situations. Thank you guys again

Back in October, I made and stupid decision and I was pulled over and blew a .09. I was facing a DUI first offense charge. This was my first run in with the law so I was unfamiliar with the territory. Andrew made the process easy for me and explained everything in detail including all the angles we would be taking if the case went to trial. He was super confident about fighting the charge and was determined not to take anything less than a reckless. Prior to the trial date, it seemed the offer by the prosecution was equivalent to a DUI (reckless with no option to expunge DUI arrest, 1 year of interlock followed by 1 year probation. Pretty intense for a 1st offense with no prior convictions and perfect driving record...like relax -_- . Anyways, Jeffrey was not going to settle for this offer. On trial day, everything Jeffrey mentioned in terms of how things would play out and prosecution readiness was accurate. This made me feel very comfortable on the trial day. It then turned out, we no longer had to go through with the trial because a much better offer was on the table (6 months interlock, expungeable DUI arrest, 10 hours ASAP, reckless driving conviction with fees slashed in half). This was an offer I was much more pleased to take as there is no permanent damage done. It was disturbing to think that I would have a permanent, lifetime record for a stupid mistake I made one night in which thankfully, no one was hurt. The journey was intense and I'll never be nonchalant enough to find myself in that situation again. Thanks to Jeffrey, I can move on from this and I can even look back and laugh. We all make mistakes and this was quite the lesson. *victory dance*

Jeff represented my husband in a case brought about by false allegations. Jeff was there every step of the process and provided excellent advice and guidance prior to the court date and then achieved the best possible outcome for us. Jeff paid attention to every detail and got the case dismissed. Jeff is friendly, knowledgeable, patient and cares about his clients. I can't recommend him highly enough.
