Mr. Wente is absolutely the real deal! It has taken me a few weeks to write my review because I want to post a review expressing his impressive work ethic. I also needed to reflect on how he turned a stressful and fearful situation into a calm process with an amazing outcome. Mr. Wente is a strong and straightforward communicator. The day I reached out to him for representation, he responded by the end of that day. He is available on several platforms. My review doesn’t give Mr. Wente the praise he deserves. He is professional and knowledgeable. He is not a new, inexperienced lawyer but a wise and clever lawyer. I promise you will not be disappointed!

I have reckless driving I was in panic situations. He took my case and he did amazing job . I was so happy that day ,he reduced from reckless to in proper lane . I am so glad that I hired attorney Neill for my reckless driving case. I was charged with a reckless driving ticket on I-81 for driving 80/60. I was afraid because reckless driving is a criminal offense in state of Virginia. He was so professional in handling my case. He kept good communication with me, gave the best advice and had my case dropped to a normal speeding ticket 70/60 with a monetary fine. I would recommend him 100% for a driving ticket.

While traveling on I-81 in Rockbridge county, I received a speeding ticket (93/70). The speedometer calibration test that Neill suggested resulted in a drop from 93mph to 90mph. By following this and other advice from him, I was able to get the best possible outcome. The reason I fully recommend Neill is because he is honest, positive and very prompt in responding to calls and emails.

I received a speeding ticket in Rockbridge County, VA last summer, 92 in a 70. Being from out of state I didn’t realize the significance of the reckless driving charge. When I got back home, I started researching and calling lawyers. A lot of attorneys I came across invested in a lot of marketing and made a lot of promises. I made some phone calls and spoke to some paralegals and associates, but when I called Neill and left him a message, he called me back himself to speak to me. In fact I only spoke to Neill, I was never handed off to an assistant. He was upfront and realistic about the charge and what expectations I should have, and his rates were very reasonable. Reducing the misdemeanor reckless driving charge was very important to me so I hired Neill, followed all of his advice, and even made the trip back to VA for the hearing. As the case was heard, Neill made a strong argument on my behalf and the judge even commented that I was lucky to have hired a good attorney. The charge was reduced to a standard speeding charge of 79 in a 70. Throughout the case, I found Neill to be responsive, honest, and effective. He had great local knowledge of the court system and the people involved and his fees were the most reasonable. I am from out of state and was charged with 7 counts of possession with intent to distribute in Buena Vista, VA. Neill was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire case. He worked with me on answering the many questions I had regarding the case as well as many other extraneous details involved with me being in school and out of state. He was proactive in dealing with the prosecutor and did a phenomenal job at negotiating my sentence. He managed to get me a first offenders agreement for an otherwise possibly very poor outcome. I am very grateful for his services. I would recommend him to anyone facing these sorts of charges in the area.
