Never returns phone calls or finishes the job he was hired to do. And doesn't return your money. Good luck getting in touch with him to do anything.

Neill helped me out a while back when a Karen tried to railroad me using a relatively obscure Virginia statute. I called all the bigger law firms in town and was advised that I'd be rolling over and taking a misdemeanor charge while paying them a high fee in the process. Unhappy with this prospect I dug a little deeper and gave Neill a call, one of the best phone calls I've ever made. Neill was compassionate and understanding from the start, kept me well advised through the entire process and was always easy to reach. Most importantly he was actually willing to fight for me, he quickly devised an aggressive plan and set to work. Instead of rolling over he got the case against me thrown out and Karen paid some court fees while hopefully learning a lesson in the process. His fee was much lower than what any other attorney quoted me and I'm more than confident that his service and results were heads and tails above. I'm glad I haven't needed needed legal representation again since but if I ever do I know who I'll call.

Neill Wente is the best! During a roadtrip from Connecticut to South Carolina, I was passing through Virginia going 82 mph in a 65 mph zone. I got stopped and the officer gave me a ticket for a Reckless Driving misdemeanor and a court date. I was definitely panicked to say the least, so I started researching lawyers in the area and I found Neill! He laid out all the possible outcomes for me, from possible jail time to getting the charge reduced from a misdemeanor to a speeding ticket. He was very honest with me and told me because of my driving record (multiple recent speeding tickets), I would probably get charged with the misdemeanor and fined. He appeared in court for me, and he was actually able to get it reduced from a misdemeanor to a regular speeding ticket! He is awesome, I could not recommend him more if you end up in the same situation I was in. Thank you Neill!!!
