Simple....Get a different lawyer.

Niel is a very experienced attorney and super intelligent in and out of the courtroom. He really saved my wife and I a lot of legal Hassel. He knew all of the officers and troopers involved in the case and was ale to iron everything out before the court date on his own. Thanks for saving us Mr. Wente

this is a awesome lawyer. we was in court with no lawyer today he spoke to us gave us a great price we could do on the spot he told us what he could do. and yes he done it my son went from 1 to 5 to 40 days. this is a lawyer worth hiring. we live 3 hours away. he also made sure he could start his time so we didn't have to keep coming back. Great lawyer

I would highly recommend Neil. I have a cdl and he had my ticket greatly reduced. I also didn't have to appear in court. He's fair and honest. He answered my initial call at 8:00 in the evening. Family man with a strong military backround.

Was stopped in Alleghany County, VA driving towards WV for work for reckless driving (86 on 70). Tried to work with cop but he wasn't having it. Hired Mr. Wente and he really worked diligently to explain what could be done to reduce the charges. Mr. Wente works hard for his clients and I'd be more than happy to recommend him to anyone who needs to resolve their traffic ticket issues!

I got a 94 in a 70 in rockbridge county. Hired Neill who was on par fee wise with most of the lawyers in the area... I took his advice, and he fought for me; he managed to keep my license suspension free and had about the best outcome possible for the circumstance. He is the man

I called multiple law offices to see who would be the best option for me before deciding to go with Neill. Not only was Neill the most responsive but he is the most direct lawyer that I have ever spoken with. He didn’t set unrealistic expectations yet the results were a “best case scenario”. While I was passing through Lexington VA I got a speeding ticket. The speed that the police officer claimed that I was going would have caused me to have my drivers licenses suspended in my home state of North Carolina. With Neill’s representation the judge reduced the ticket enough for me to be able to keep my drivers license! Thanks again Neill!
