Pat helped me appeal the Army’s denial of my TSGLI claim for my broken femur, and he absolutely nailed it. It was a long process (not because of Pat, but because of the Army’s processing time), but when the appeal was complete, I walked away with the $25,000 I should have received from the initial claim. Pat was super user-friendly, and the whole process from Patriot’s end was perfect. I’d give him more stars if I could.
