If you’re looking for an attorney, at the very least give these guys a call. I received a ticket for a serious traffic offense in Louisa County. The details of the events that led up to the ticket seemed straightforward with little to no wiggle room for a good outcome. However, after speaking with Craig and Torrey, they both gave me their honest assessment of the possibilities in court and a few things that could help me prior to seeing the judge. I retained their services and worked with them to do everything they suggested. In the end, I am excited to report that Torrey was able to secure an outcome much much better than I expected, and I am overwhelmed with gratification. A few reasons to consider Craig and Torrey – (1) They know the Louisa Courts (and probably other local area courts) very well. This means they know the personalities and usual decision-making patterns of the judges and officers. Torrey actually spoke to the officer who ticketed me prior to me appearing before the court and I know this was very helpful to my case. He was also spot on about the judge, who was no nonsense and tight with his sentencing guidelines. While I waited my turn in court, I watched numerous people with similar offenses, without attorneys, receive harsher outcomes. Not because the judge was unfair, but due to Torrey's exceptional preparation and presentation of the facts of my case allowing the judge more leeway in his final decision-making guidelines. (2) Torrey and Craig know the ins and outs of traffic court. They found at least two to three opportunities in the facts of my case to help me out. I would have never thought about either of these on my own. (3) They are honest. Both of them shared possible outcomes, made no empty promises, and assured me they would give me their best representation. I was working with Torrey Williams and he did an amazing job. My case was a pretty serious one, but with the help of him and his questions and the way he went about the case, we got my punishment down severely. He made it very clear to the judge that what happened was something that will never happen again and just showed the judge who I truly was.
