This was the worst experience of my life that I paid good money for. He is over-booked and over-commits. His understudy was no help and dates kept going by with zero communication despite me attempting to communicate in every way possible. I ended up having to consult with a different lawyer to actually get anything done after months of wondering and not knowing what was going on and why they were so late and when they would actually get to the work they promised me within two weeks from hire date. They also baited and switched the "available" pricing.

Brian Moore is my husband's attorney. During prep for court my attorney kept telling me how unprepared Mr. Moore was. On the day of court I saw that Mr. Moore was the attorney that was well prepared and confident. I highly recommend Mr. Moore. I wish he had been my attorney.

I met with Brian. He told me what he was going to do with my case. I then proceeded to call him 4 times and emailed him. He never called me back. My case was a "simple" case in his words. I can only assume that because he wasnt going to make a lot of money he never called me back. Again this is my assumption. I think hes very unprofessional and would never recommend him for anything

However, just like the other reviews on here state, Mr. Moore was excellent. He encouraged me and fought for me and my children. He never wavered in his confidence and prepared well for both cases. In my second case, Mr. Moore was extremely ill on the day of the trial. To me, he looked like he could barely stand. He did not ask to continue the case to a later date, but he proceeded and won. Brian ended up being my attorney in the dissolution of my marriage of 30 years. I'm sure throughout most of it I was stressed all the time and hard to deal with. I contacted Brian intent on pursuing a divorce. While I haven't had cause to consult with many lawyers, I can tell you that he's caring, responsive, and compassionate. He's quick to return calls and emails. When the day came for me to visit and finally retain him, I decided to take another crack at my marriage. Not only was he fully supportive, he recommended a counselor and told me I'd be in his prayers. I believe him. After talking with him several times over the course of weeks, I believe he is the kind of person you want to represent you. Someone who's more interested in your happiness than in your money. Our case was complicated by long distance with us being out of state but it didn't matter he worked our case for three months with phone calls and emails. He was very realistic with expectations, he was creative with developing strategy and he maintained positivity throughout. His performance against the competitors (yes, TWO other lawyers) was remarkable. Our family is now relaxing and enjoying after the success achieved by Brian.
