Absoluety clueless with her advice, a robber of money and a liar in the court room. Don't know how still has her license. Incompetent fraud, utterly uneducated in the field of law. My new lawyer laughed at her work. Don't waste your money. She is a fraud and doesn't know law! Garbage!

She was able to get my case reduced to a lesser charge, also made sure I receive no points on my driving record nor will show up on my record that would possible prevent employment !

Chatocwa was the epitome of professionalism. She handled my situation with great diligence and care. She proved to be a very competent attorney. I strongly recommend utilizing her.

My excitement to have someone on my side in court soon turned to disappointment, not sure how she fairs in other fields of Law, but her knowledge of DUI law was embarrassing, due to her ignorance my petition wasn’t even filled out properly, and that cost me time and money, on top of how much she over charged me for her representation, in Which I did all the leg work, I feel like I was taken advantage of “played”, you should be ashamed of yourself....

I received a speeding ticket in Prince Edward County and hired the McWhorter Law Firm to represent me in this matter. Ms McWhorter contacted me personally on several occasions during this process after initially informing me that she felt confident in resolving my matter in a manner that would be suitable to me under the circumstances. Her confident and professional demeanor left me feeling that I had made the right choice in contacting her. By the way, I chose her purely by random after checking online what lawyers in the area could handle my case. At no time during this process was I given any reason to be concerned that I had made the wrong choice and true to her word, my case was resolved in an expeditious manner without my having to be present in court which, in itself, would have been inconvenient and costly. This was my first time needing a lawyer and I didn’t know what to expect. McWhorter made everything very easy and clear for me and explained everything in detail. She really knows all her information and she demonstrated that during the hearing when we won the case. If I ever need another attorney, I would be sure to call McWhorter.

I received a ticket in Charlotte County, VA and when searching for a laywer to represent me in court, Chatocwa was the only one who personally answered the phone and was able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease.
