I had no idea what i was walking into when my former husband and I were headed for a huge battle for a divorce that was going to be messy. A family friend told me to go to him because she had also used him. Once consulting him, i felt very comfortable and confident that he would be 100% on my side. I was referred to Mr. McFadgen by a friend, after receiving a reckless driving ticket. He immediately agreed to take my call although it was outside of normal business hours. I was immediately calmed by his veteran status and security clearance holding commonality. His professional yet personally connected demeanor suggested that he would represent my very best interests. Unfortunately, my case was held in a court 4 hours from his office, but he was still willing to represent me.
