Very rude while I was trying to ask questions about him being a pro bono lawyer. He even got smart while talking to me like I was stupid and assumed that I was the one with the conviction before I was able to explain. Will not even consider using him as a lawyer for anything!!!

As a retired 30 year law enforcement officer in NC I had the opportunity to work with a lot of defense attorneys. As an officer you get to know them and you know who you would call if you needed assistance. Jordan would have been one of those attorneys I would have called. His professionalism showed when I had to call him when my daughter received a minor traffic citation. He diligently and professionally handled her case and we were pleased with the outcome.

I wouldnt even rate with 1 star if I had the option. Failed to contact client and courts in timely fashion with correspondence resulting in another FTA charge. Paid 750.00 to retain him with agreed futute payment plan till full 3700.00 balance was paid in full. He then at a later time decided that he wanted the full balance paid or he wouldnt even show to court after I had already legally retained him. I had to involve a third party to contact him after multiple failed attempts in wanting to meet before court date to discuss the DWI charge. After involving a third party, he agreed to show for court. We were supposed to meet at 1pm to finally discuss the charge and event, but was a whole hour late showing at 2pm when the hearing was to be heard. Resulting in inadequate time span to even familiarize himself with the matter what so ever. He didnt even have knowledge of my age or birthday. He also was totally uninformed of my good driving record and no criminal backround. To add the icing on top, he was very rude, pushy, and rushing the whole time. He would interrupt and not allow finished questions or statements that I had as a paying client. Very much concerned about lack of common knowledge on "DWI" laws in at state of Virginia.

Had a great experience with Mr. Davies and would definitely use him again if needed, very professional, responsive, and helpful through my case. Definitely would give him a call if your looking for a good lawyer!
