Rebecca and staff were wonderful handling my case. They seemed mindful of the billed time and I didn’t feel any was excessive. Her attention to detail brought me additional arrearages which a former attorney didn’t notice or enforce on prior filings. I’d definitely hire again if needed.

Before I begin this review, I want to clarify that my comments are not about the quality of the lawyers at Irving Law Firm, but rather about the firm's overall attitude towards people. A few months ago, I found myself in a legal situation, and since it was my first experience dealing with the legal system, I knew I needed to hire a lawyer. Having no prior knowledge of any attorneys, I decided to search online for law firms in Manassas and reached out for initial consultations. Most of the other firms returned my calls, allowing me to speak with a lawyer who listened to my situation, explained my options, and discussed potential next steps. At the end of the conversation, it was standard for the lawyer to inform me of their rates, which I expected. However, my experience with Irving Law Firm was entirely different. I only received a call from a receptionist who informed me that they had three available lawyers—one costing $6,000, another $5,000, and the third $4,000. I was asked to choose a lawyer based solely on their rates. I wasn’t even given the opportunity for an initial consultation or to speak with any of the attorneys before making this decision. Naturally, I chose to go with a different firm. While I’m sure Irving Law Firm has capable lawyers, and I fully understand the need to charge for services, my impression from this encounter was that they see clients not as individuals with real issues but as just another case in their system.
