I loved everything about the experience! Mark Branca was great. He knew everything and answered every question I had before I even thought to ask it. Great guy and I'd offer his services to anyone.

Refuse to take my husband case and the night he and my self was traumatized because he didn’t do anything wrong and was told to leave Walmart for being black and police was called to the Scene then was told he was trespassing when he was never bared from the store and then was thrown to the ground with a gun and taser to his head when he appose no threat he then was handcuff then mace by pepper stay after cuff as I beg for my husband life I was told shut up or I’ll be place under arrest for disorderly conduct and WE WANT JUSTICE his arm was fracture he was taken to jail and falsely charge for crimes for being black he was charged with felony offenses and later in court the evidence show he was innocent and was incarcerated for two months and a half for something he didn’t do later then charges was drop we need HELP WE WANT JUSTICE THEY THEN REFUSE HIS MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR his fracture arm POINT US IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION PLEASE WE DO LIVE IN VIRGINIA ITS HARD TO GET SOMEONE TO TAKE THE CASE

I got charged with a possession charge and couldn’t afford a lawyer at the time, so the court appointed Fernando to my case. Whenever you choose to get a court appointed lawyer you’re always taking a risk. Because you’re one of who knows how many clients the court has given him with the same problems. But, Fernando never made me feel like another “body” he’d do basic work for while moving to the next. He’s sincere, he listens, and genuinely wants his clients to succeed. He’ll fight for you in the court until you can’t fight anymore. He’s was truly a blessing and a great lawyer.

Mark B. was amazing! He delivered on everything he promised. He prepared me for worst case scenario and had a great plan from the beginning. Luckily he was able to get all charges dropped. He’s a very busy guy but never made me feel like he rushed anything. I usually do not like dealing with lawyers, but he’s a rare breed. He’s very professional, personable and likable. Best of all he charged me a flat fee up front. I owe that guy everything. Least I could do is leave a great review. I would definitely recommend him, and use his talents again if needed.

Mr. Branca got the job done. He knew his way around the courtroom and i am very satisfied. I highly recommend him.

My lawyer represented me without believing in me or my case. She defended me as if i was guilty and allow the libal the other side used and the perjury told by the other side to stand. I was not defended I was defamed. I was left to defend myself against two prosecuting lawyers instead of one. Important motions that needed to be filed, an injunction, when the other party was in contempt of court, my lawyer refused to file saying it was " unethical". I had to file myself. The death certificate of one of the plaintiffs needed to be obtained and filed changing the scope of the case however, my lawyer refused to obtain it. I had to and file it. A case that could easily be resolved in mediation without the plaintiff perjuring themselves was blown out of proportion bankrupting me financially and creating undue stress and hardship. Then. As a result my health declined. Right before going into surgery my lawyer with drew representation and abandoned the case leaving me financially bankrupt and unable to represent myself in court. This because I filed the motion s my lawyer should of filed for me. I was led to believe this was a good firm. I have learned, unless you have money and position, you have no worth or value to this firm. I have no worth to them. It was unethical for them to represent me if they did not believe in me. But they saw me as a mark and drained me of what little funds I had. If you are disabled, older, poor, a single mother, dont go here. This firm allowed their lawyer to compromise my case and left us hopeless.
