I retained Joe Menze of Livesay & Myers, P.C. to represent me in a visitation case. The fight for my grandparents rights to see my grandson was extremely important to me and very emotional. The services provided by my attorney Joe Menze, and paralegal Tammy Scott were exceptional! They were very responsive to my questions and promptly replied to my emails or returned my calls. Due to their diligence and dedication to my case, I now have a visitation schedule filed with the courts and regularly seeing my grandson to include overnight visits. They brought joy back into my life!

Atty. Beth Chaves is so easy to work with. She takes her job seriously, passionate about the case and communicated effectively with her client. She made my life easy, took her time for me to understand the case status and process. She has patience, took diligence of the paper works and present her self in the court very professionally. She is definitely highly recommended to all my friends, family or whoever i might come across with if they need a lawyer to represent their case.

They worked on my separation, custody, divorce, and name change. Pretty simple and easy process with them. I would just like to add that one single person should respond to client because there was confusion at times where one person read new emails but others responded and someone else would call and ask for the information even though it had already been submitted so basically lack of communication between staff.

Initially I was dreading this process as I thought it would be stressful and time consuming but those concerns dissipated quickly by their performance.

I was supposed to have a consultation at 4pm and they told be they’ll call me 10 mins prior to collect their money. They called at 3pm to do that. For most people this should not be that big of a deal but it just so happened that this unexpected 3pm phone call disturbed what I was doing at the time pretty extensively. Very unprofessional. Renee also doesn’t know how to respond to a “have a nice day” and just hangs up the phone 😊
