Had a great experience with Attorney Sarah Collins, Paralegal Kim Cross, and the team of Livesay & Meyers, P.C. Sarah represented me in my divorce and child custody proceedings. She was always incredibly helpful, responsive, and prepared/filed everything in a very timely manner. I came in needing an expedited filing and she was able to process everything very quickly. If I ever had a question and sent her an e-mail both she and Kim were very responsive and would get right back to me. She gave excellent advice , and always kept me informed and up-to-date on the status of the proceedings and my case. I was always sent copies of everything to review prior to it being filed, and final copies after it had been filed/entered by the court. Sarah was able to get me the outcome I wanted. At the conclusion of my case, I was provided with a copy of all documents for my records. I am extremely pleased with Sarah, Kim, & the entire firm of Livesay & Meyers. I would definitely recommend them & use them again if I ever need their services in the future. Thanks for all your hard work, Sarah!

The worst lawyer and the loss of money and time. Had he done his job 2yrs. earlier I might of still had my son and a divorce. All he cared for was money and did absolutely no leg work on my case! YOU'RE BETTER OFF LOOKING ELSEWHERE. This guys a joke! They deserve a negative star!

I worked with Ariel and Isabella from Jan 2016-July 2017 with a legal matter. Great professional services the whole time with fast responses through emails and phone calls. Took time to explain to me in as much detail as I needed on everything I asked. Great personal attitude and service to where I didn't feel like an invoice number to them which made difficult times a little less difficult and stressful. I have recommended them to others and will do so in the future.

I was blessed to have been referred to Ariel Baniowski at Livesay & Myers, PC. She and her legal team handled me and my case with respect, professionalism, dignity, and understanding. No one marries intending divorce. In extremely trying times I put my trust in Ariel and the Livesay & Myers team. My trust was well placed. I highly recommend them.

I called Livesay & Myers for a consultation and was matched with Ariel Baniowski back in October 2014. I called for help with issues with my then husband in regards to his behavior, money and our child. I was lost and unsure of what I felt, what to do and what my rights were. She met with me and listened to my fears and utter confusion. She listened attentively and was straight up with me. I left the office knowing what my rights were and feeling better about my situation and how to try to handle it. I tried for the next 6 months.
I called again in April of 2015 and made another appointment with Ariel – this time for divorce. She remembered me and my story. She never judged me. She heard me and began working on a plan. My story has unfolded and unraveled in ways that I never imagined it could have, but did. Ariel was never shocked or at a loss of what to do. She has been an incredible rock for me. For the next 2 years, she has been nothing but attentive, proactive, calming, and genuinely wonderful. My case just ended – and Ariel was on top of everything always. She was reasonable when I wasn’t, efficient, friendly, understanding, pragmatic, real, calming, educated, productive, professional, pleasant, constructive and most of all my ally. Ariel has truly been there for me for 2 years. She was accessible always – for the past 2 years! Ariel answered all my emails quickly and had a plan or an answer.
Everyone at the firm has been nothing but professional and helpful. I never felt pressured or misunderstood or anything but confident about anything I had to take care of. Everyone at Livesay & Myers (Isabella Baldanza, Becky Seablom and Jessica White) have been tremendously cooperative and accommodating. I couldn’t be happier with having this team on my side. Livesay & Myers is an outstanding firm that will absolutely do all they can to transition you through a monumental event, such as divorce. I highly recommend them – especially Ariel Baniowski.

I retained Ben Griffits to represent me during the most difficult time of my life. Ben never sugarcoated the situation or gave me a false sense of hope. He was always truthful and kept me informed of what I had to do to be successful in my case. Ben’s guidance and his staff’s truly outstanding support brought me to an expected end and I cannot thank them enough.

Fernando, Hannah, and the entire team at Livesay & Myers did an excellent job representing me in court, and I am eternally grateful for their diligent work in and out of the courtroom. Having dealt with a few attorneys in the past and having a handful of courtroom experiences under my belt, I was wowed by Fernando and Hannah's work ethic and professionalism. Truly a great firm with a wonderful legal team.
After a complimentary 30 minute consultation with Fernando, I knew that he was the guy for the job. Sure enough, he was well worth the price -- the cost of hiring him and his team dwarfed the fines and fees that I would've had to pay if I was found guilty (Reckless Driving - a Misdemeanor Criminal Offense). His calm and composed demeanor really shined in court, and he epitomized professionalism throughout the whole process. Thanks to Fernando, my criminal record is still clean, and nothing new has been added to my driving record (the case was dismissed after I completed a relatively simple and flexible online driver's improvement course). The guy was a miracle worker for me.
Hannah, the paralegal that worked with me, was prompt, professional, and very accommodating. She provided me with all the information I asked for, and really went out of her way to make sure that I was in the loop and had all the necessary information leading up to my court date. She also followed up after the case was dismissed, so I was confident that there were no loose ends that needed to be tied up.
At the very least, if you're considering hiring a criminal attorney in Prince William, give Fernando a call. It was surely worth it for me.

I recently used Ms. Collins for my uncontested divorce case and was beyond thrilled with her service. She was not only pleasant to work with (so many professionals have little to no personality, but she was always chipper and friendly) but EXTREMELY prompt. Anytime I had a question or wanted to check in, her team of paralegals or herself personally responded within 24 business hours.
A side plus is that the divorce cost was extremely reasonable; top notch service for a reasonable price. That's something you don't hear very often!
I hope I don't need Ms.Collins services anytime soon, however, I know where I will return for my future legal needs. Thank you so much for everything!

We've never worked with a lawyer before. Sent in the contact form with the information, was told to call the office to schedule an appointment. Okay, I can do that. Called to get a consultation scheduled and a list of items that we needed to bring to the consultation. $150.00 consultation fee, okay, fine. Since I'd be paying that amount, I wanted to be prepared to talk about what needs to be talked about, not given a list of things to bring at the NEXT consultation for another hunk of money...
Receptionist was rude and had an attitude when she found out I wasn't the person actually in the case; just trying to schedule and get info on what to bring for the person. I wasn't asking any personal information, if I was, I would have understood resistance...I'm not stupid to confidentiality agreements, etc... I just needed a general list of things/facts to bring and a date/time to get the defendant to schedule off work so they could consult with him. She told me to have him call and hung up on me.
We will find someone else.
