I am very much impressed by his work ethic and his approach toward difficult situations that came across in my case. The best thing about him was that whenever a crisis came about, he would present the situation to me in a very calm manner and at the same time give me a set of possible solutions to the problem.. He would then let me choose the approach that I felt most comfortable with. This made me feel that I am in very good hands. He was very nice to spend time making me understand legal language in layman terms. Since the beginning he has been very supportive of my financial situation and I am very grateful to him for that. Mr. Harvill represented me in both an extremely complicated divorce and real estate matter. At all times he was well prepared and researched every complicated issue thoroughly. At no time was he unavailable. In court he was thoroughly prepared with complex matters. His interaction with opposing counsel and the Judge was highly professional and courteous. What turned out to be an extremely complicated matter, with Mr. Harvill's acumen and ability, the matter turned out favorably for myself. Mr. Harvill was able to handle my expungement with the state of Maryland from a felony and misdemeanor charge in 2001. Mr. Harvill had also handled the majority of this 2001 case and was able to get the felony charge dropped. The fees were very reasonable considering his abilities, work ethic, and professionalism. If I ever need legal assistance again, he will be the only one I'll consider. I can't imagine someone else handling this case with the same outcome.

I was new to Manassas and wanted to stay local. I also had a fondness for the song "Grant Avenue" from "Flower Drum Song". Soooo Daniel Harvill on Grant Avenue in Manassas was my choice. Luck was with me !! He is wonderful. He performed all my legal work quickly, affordably and made several accomodations for my limited physical ability. I called him several times regarding another matter entirely, he gladly gave me advice!. Now get this - the last time I had occassion to use a laywer, any time I called I received a bill, be it for 3minutes or 10 minutes!! WOW, I have the highest regard for Daniel and would use him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone !

I have just finished a child custody case with Daniel as my lawyer. I got what I wanted and then some, what a great outcome!! If you are looking for a lawyer that will tell you the truth and fight for what you want, this is the guy. He will not sugar coat anything he will tell you the ups and downs but will always give his opinion on what he would do. All of his suggestions worked out great.

I was impressed with his ability to explain the law for my situation. Gradually, I noticed patterns in being unprepared with basic information and not listening to me. He would invert my name and my son's name, not have SS numbers, incomes, etc. As the actual hearing for temporary custody began, he was asking me my income and almost let my wife lie about her income until I interjected. My wife subsequently was dishonest several times but I later learned that Mr. Harvill had not arranged for a court reporter so there is no legal record of what she testified about. The results of the hearing were devastating to me, and after 6 weeks, I still did not have an official and signed copy of the court order.

Mr. Harvill provided us with outstanding representation in a civil suit against our former landlord. His attention to detail, extensive legal knowledge and quick wit resulted in our side winning at trial. Mr. Harvill's fees are extremely fair, especially considering the phenomenal legal counsel that he provided. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking legal representation.

I needed legal advice on the town home I co-own with my mother. Mr. Harvill responded to my voicemail within a couple hours and even offered to meet me at his Vienna office on a Saturday, as this was more convenient for me. I found his advice to be extremely helpful and, although I did not retain him as my lawyer (my issue was resolved outside of court), I would highly recommend him. He was flexible, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable - and this was a free consultation! If I had required legal services, I feel confident he would have been successful with my case.

Trying to find a perfect fit in a Divorce case just isn't handed from the clear blue sky.I am impaired to a degree with Lip Reading until I get used to a voice.Going thew a divorce is never easy but I have to say that Mr. Harvill worked well for me as that perfect fit.He is extremely Patient and keeps a client on Focus.I certainly am very pleased with his time,efforts and services provided.If you do not understand legal jargin he explains it fully as your not wondering what was just said.I am Grateful to him.For my case,my impairment and a Fantastic Attorney.Highly recommended.
