I came to this firm and spoke with David Daugherty to help take care of a pretty bad reckless speeding ticket. I was really stressed out and worried with this being my first ticket, but David explained everything smoothly and made everything easy to understand. In the end, David was able to get the ticket dismissed, and all according to plan. As a person, David was very reasonable, and the way things were handled really helped me feel calm and relaxed throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend.

David was amazing. There are some other attorney's in the area that wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money for my case. David was absolutely reasonable. He gave good advise and was available through the whole process answering any questions I had. I can't thank him enough!!

Michael Daughtery did an incredible job with my divorce and custody case. I really appreciated his attention to detail and common sense approach in preparing my case and representing me in court. My son and I had the friendly opportunity to be represented by David. My son was facing a false, wrongful charges of a dui, possession of drugs. David also believed they were false. The end result is David was very encouraging and caring in believeing they can be dismissed. They were dismissed along with a another driving issue. 3 citations and no convictions, good job.
