Through the long, drawn out family court issues I had, I ended up dealing with nearly everybody in The Daugherty Firm at one point or another. All of them were absolutely phenomenal in court, and truly made me feel like they were willing to fight for me. Mike, in particular, is a very laid back and friendly, approachable guy outside of court but turns in to an absolute bulldog once he's in the court room. My custody and divorce issues were far from run-of-the-mill but the firm handled it all with ease. Very fair fees, and you definitely get your money's worth out of the firm's performance. Most of my experience was with Mike and he was terrific, but everybody in this firm is worth your money.

David did a great job for me in in response to a traffic offense. He was on top of the issue and gave me great confidence that he would do everything possible to get me the best outcome possible. I would highly recommend this firm and David in particular who was responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. If you are in trouble, this is the place to go.

My family and I received three serious traffic tickets while traveling through Virginia. The Daugherty Law Firm has been the best! I am going through a nasty divorce and have a lot to do and Kate and Mike have taken all my stress and worries away. Great Law Firm, Michael Daugherty took on my case with short notice and helped me get my driving on a suspended license charge knocked down to a $10 infraction. I don't plan on having anymore trouble but if I do I won't hesitate to give him a call.

Initially I had a lot of anxiety when it became apparent that I would need a lawyer. My feelings of anxiety quickly became feelings of relief after discussing my case with Mike at the Daugherty Law Firm. He gave me an overview of the events that would come, actions that I would need to take, and how much each action would cost. Mike Daugherty was my lawyer for a custody case, protective order, profane language over the phone case and divorce case which he gave me great advice on my next move and handled all cases for one flat rate all charges were dropped and I would recommend this law firm for any one who wants justice to be served I went to others firms in town for advice but they were not easy to contact and not very polite but the Daugherty firm is by far the best in town and always ready to help there clients thanks so much Daugherty law firm you guys are the best Allen C
