Unfortunately I can not do cero start, which is exactly he deserves after taking my friend case and do nothing for her and her kids then he were able to said he doesn't understand Spanish, so why he doesn't said that before literally stealing the money, nop not recommend him he's mean person I really upset the way how hi treated my friend

The ABSOLUTE BEST there is !! For someone who lives in another state and had to be in court in Va. Mr Don Daugherty gave me the confidence I needed, he listen he understood the pain I felt and fight for me as though it was his problem. He is very honest, detailed, smart, versatile and equipped with the knowledge of the ins and outs. I can not express how thankful I am for helping me gain custody of my baby. Very reasonable pricing five stars does not do him justice he is the Man the whole firm is amazing! Too expensive. There’s no help in Va or anywhere else for people who aren’t rich and who aren’t poor. I do not understand how anyone is worth $500 an hour.

I am writing this review on behalf of a family member: It’s difficult to adequately put into words how being falsely (and very publicly) accused of a crime can almost destroy a person. The pain it causes them and their family is truly heartbreaking and unfathomable, but if you ever find yourself in an unfortunate position such as this, you really do not need to look any further than David Daugherty. This man fought for us every single step of the way. From the very beginning of this incident, he communicated daily, provided priceless advice and expertise, and made sure that we understood the entire process. Not only that, but he went above and beyond the services of a lawyer. He showed kindness, empathy, and understanding to a person who was feeling broken from a false allegation. Another person’s baseless lies and an officer’s shameful excuse for detective work were exposed for what they were thanks to David Daugherty’s professionalism and prowess.
