Ms. Seema Ruchandani was recommended to me from a list of local attorneys that practice in the area of law (traffic/speeding ticket) by my ARAG legal service. After explaining my situation to her, I felt comfortable in asking her to represent me and she reassured me that she would be willing to take my case. After consultation, she requested the following data to assist her in my defense: 1. A copy of the Traffic Uniform Summons 2. A Transcript of my Driving Record 3. A brief explanation and summary of events leading up to the driving citation. 4. In addition, I provided my ‘Driving Course Certificate I took on 27 Jan 2021. I have always tried to be a safe driver and sometimes mistakes are made. I recognize that I could not afford to have a poor driving record due to ‘Auto Insurance Premium’ impacts and a less than satisfactory ‘Driving Record’. She advised me directly that she would do her very best to provide the appropriate ‘Legal’ assistance and necessary ‘Services’ in reducing and/or dismissing the traffic citation in Culpeper County, VA. She did better than I expected and got the charge dismissed! I am very thankful for Seema’s legal work on my behalf. I will recommend her services to friends and coworkers to seek her out if they have the same misfortune as me. Overall a great experience and was able to reduce my traffic ticket from a reckless driving into a minor driving infraction. I was very happy with the results considering the potential trouble I was in if I couldn't get it resolved. 5/5
