My 18 year Daughter got her 1st speeding ticket and after reviewing my option I've decided to do business with Attorney Seema and not only she was always professional, friendly, but she delivered more than I expected. I got charged with reckless driving by speed going 102/55 on the Dulles airport highway Va, at first I didn’t even consider getting a lawyer but 2 weeks before my court date I decided to do some research on what the penalties were for reckless driving and I was dumbfounded when I found out it was a misdemeanor that came with jail time, a criminal record for life, lost or suspension of license. About 12 days before my court date I contact Ms. Seema and she immediately got to work on my case and gave me a series of things to do to keep my out a jail as she told me the risk of jail time were high. when my court date finally arrived she fought for me and manage to keep me out of jail, dropped my charge to just speeding to 82/55 Which meant I will not have criminal record, A low fine. She’s amazing because even though the judge was really tough she didn’t give up on getting me the best deal we spend a good 2 hours in court going back and fourth with the judge and she never gave up on me. Hopefully I never need a lawyer in Virginia Again as I’m from Maryland but if I do I know who to call thank you so much Ms. Seema!!!

I was cited to go to court for a wreckless driving case that could have landed me jail time and a hefty fine as well, but with the help of Seema, I was able to have the charges amended to a less serious charge and only need to pay a small fine of $250 rather then the maximum $2500 for a case such as mine. Attorney Seema did an amazing job with my case. She is efficient and communicative. Seema messaged me updates with every step she took in my case and helped me understand the process. She is extremely knowledgable with the in's and out's of the court, I don't know what I would have done without her!
