He was great, took the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything we found confusing and offered us the best solutions for our issues even though we couldn't use his services as a lawyer at the time. Unfortunately, you can't sue them for mere incompetence. I've now had 3 other attorneys look over my divorce, custody and support documents and each one has made remarks that worry me greatly. On top of that one of their team went into a courtroom without me to address an issue with a filing my ex wife created and suddenly I lost 7 months of child support for my 5 kids. I paid for everything while my ex wife made demand after demand, abused the email system, and drug it out to an extent that left me penniless while she paid nothing to her pro bono attorney. Every time they wanted something done, or filed, somehow it ended up in our lap and I paid for it. I was not informed of a LOT of information, like "over X amount of days is automatically shared custody." Either 80 or 90 or something and yet after she got shared custody suddenly the one week on one week off o er summer break changed drastically to the usual with me during The Week and with Mom on the weekend. My ex-wife violated our agreements a dozen times and not once would my attorney take her to court for show cause. Simply saying that we would not run to the court every time there was an issue, even though the issues piled up. And now here I sit faced with 8 show causes from my ex-wife and I can't even file against her because then it would look like I'm playing Tit for Tat against her and wasting the Court's time. I even reached out to the heads of the firm through email and phone calls and nobody bothered to return my call or email or reach out at all. There were several problems with the drafts and even the final which left out things like Halloween and now it's almost like I have to give my ex-wife an update every single day and jump through hoops just so I don't end up in jail even though she's the deadbeat and I'm the one taking care of all of the children. Luckily for them that attorney is no longer there but the simple fact that they couldn't be bothered to return my call or email after I had spent $15,000 is ridiculous and as far as I'm concerned highly unprofessional. So I spent $15,000, I lost $4,606 because of the issue with the child support and yet every day they still send me a bill for $400 and some change like I will ever pay them a single penny again the audacity LMFAO. I reached out to that attorney recently to give her a second chance and she refused to take my case because of an email I had sent to this group...... I only chanced it because I needed someone in a hurry but luckily I managed to find someone better. I constantly went with her advice and played nice and gave her what she wanted and bent over backwards to be accommodating and you know what it did for me? Absolutely nothing. My ex-wife's boyfriend abuses to my kids and it's been proven three times now by CPS and we could have avoided this if people would have just listened to me the first time so now their victim status is on your heads. The attorney blamed the court for making a mistake about the child support and not her partner and when I demanded we addressed the court she dismissed the idea entirely because they work for the courts and their first duty is to the court, not you. For $15,000 I expected something and I got nothing. Sure I have custody of all five of my kids but that's because she didn't want them so they can't even take credit for that. I am so bitter about where this group landed me, I wish I could go on and onnmb but you get the drift.....

Kevin Fernandez is an excellent, honest, knowledgeable, friendly attorney to work with, he handled our eviction case with the utmost professionalism and care. My name is Zdenka Gutierrez.. I hired Casey Bows from the Manassas Law firm for my divorce case. It will be almost 3 years battling with my divorce . She got paid at front even before she started working on my case I do not have any knowledge about this matter but I got a detective to helps with my divorce he had explained every step he got i touch with Casey giving her a lots info giving her his opinion based on his experience She completely ignored him like she did with me.it took almost over 2 years for her to do anything to help me to the point that I was sanctioned because of her to pay almost $2700. And after not doing anything to help she withdrew from my case living me an a really. bad position and my new representation took over finding all kinds of mistakes and missing lots of information This was the worst experience not only going through this process and to find out how she did not put any effort to help me . And thinking that someone in that law firm would be able to help me they told me that they could do anything for me because Casey Bowns did not work for the Manassas Law firm.wasted my money my time and got sanctioned
