I would like to thank Kristen Yurkowski-Wight and the entire team at Tobias Iszard for all the work they put in the past year. It was a struggle at times, but with their insight and knowledge I was able to get to a settlement that I am more than happy with. Thank you so much Kristen and all of you at Tobias Iszard.

Ms. Kristen Yurkowski Wight represented a custody case for us. We are so thankful for deciding to follow her as she transitioned from a previous practice over to Tobias Iszard. The staff at Tobias Iszard are much more responsive. This young lady is the total package. She has the looks and brains to make things happen for you. She is very meticulous and direct, but honestly her most intriguing attribute as a lawyer is her sense of care. We've been through 3-4 lawyers in the matter of custody and a lot of times it's just a job for them. They speak the good game when trying to reel in your business, but as soon as you sign, you become another case number in their books. Different practices will toss you and your case to their assistants and paralegals. Often times, depending on your case, you may even get an alternate lawyer within the practice when it comes court time. Ms. Yurkowski handled our case with the utmost care. She keeps in constant contact, and months after the case has ended, she continues to check in. Thank you Kristen for being our shining light and successfully getting us through our case. She is our go-to lawyer and go-to practice moving forward. We only wish we had found Kristen earlier in the legal process.

Amy Tobias and her entire staff are the ultimate professionals. Amy guided me through a very difficult experience and was always willing to work through the issues and provide advice that made things easier despite the circumstances. I cannot thank her and team enough for the work they’ve done the last year-plus. If you have domestic issues, I highly recommend Tobias Iszard!

I’m very thankful for Tobias Iszard and their team approach when it comes to managing cases. TI staff are responsive and know when to advise and when to listen. Ms. Tobias is tenacious yet thoughtful, and can navigate between the details of life and long-term view required to successfully achieve legal outcomes. My only regret is not hiring TI earlier in the legal process. They are a top-notch team of professional advocates focused on getting results while doing the right thing.

I had a great experience working with Ashleigh and Jackson. They were quick to respond to questions, kept me informed on the status and made sure I understood the process. They are incredibly knowledgeable. They kept everything on track and moving forward. I would definitely recommend them.

I was calling for a consultation, and the lady at the front desk was so rude from the beginning through the whole brief conversation. I didn’t expect anything free. I was letting her know was that I was a client from ACT over a previous Domestic Violence case.

Unfortunately I had Ashleigh as the GAL for a custody matter and she demonstrated an overall disregard for my daughter’s safety and wellbeing. For months I had to ask her to speak to my daughters as they reported their father being inebriated and falling asleep, leaving a 7 and 9 year old (with disabilities) to supervise themselves at night. Some unsafe things happened and Ashely felt it wasn’t “that bad”. Being in the child welfare system for 20 years, I’ve worked with many GALs and she’s the first one I’ve seen that showed no regard for wanting to get to know and talk to her clients (the kids). Our first court date she was unprepared as she had yet to speak to them after having the case for months so she had no position on the court matters. When I finally convinced her to speak to them, she made a passive aggressive comment to my lawyer about me being present but never did she ask me to leave the room. I see many reviews about Amy and other members of their team but my interactions with Ashleigh were underwhelming and frankly at times unprofessional. Edit: they say I’m not one of their clients but I just received an invoice that I have to pay for her “services”. Sorry that my 10 and 8 year old can’t write a review on Google. They were the “clients”…semantics.

I am very fortunate that someone recommended Amy Tobias to me 8 years ago. She has represented me for over 8 years regarding custody matters. She is a superstar in and out of the courtroom, I cannot recommend her enough.
