I hired Nicole for a traffic Class 2 Misdemeanor, caught ON VIDEO, in an unpopular/distant jurisdiction. I have had no previous experience with this type of situation, the severity of a misdemeanor, the court system, and finding representation. I was served/charged on 12/27/19, late on a Friday night of a holiday week in a public parking lot surrounded by troopers, absolutely humiliating and unnecessary. The timing was not the best to seek and retain counsel. Additionally, I had only a small window prior to my court date. I started calling and emailing attorneys that Saturday morning. Between my wife and I, we contacted numerous attorneys. Nicole has her cell listed on her site, so we gave it a shot and left a message. I was getting the run around or no response, or horrific scenarios from several other attorneys, it was extremely discouraging. Left a message for Nicole, and she returned my call later that day, a Sunday! Instead of preaching to me right off the bat, she asked about my concerns, and my worst case scenarios. She took each of those explained the law behind them and calmed the huge storm of worry for me. She never made me feel like my actions were as dumb and wreckless as they were or that my case was any less important, despite it not being a tremendously serious charge in the eyes of the law. She was very responsive, explained things in detail, made me feel comfortable asking questions that were probably pretty obvious, and was reassuring throughout. She told me exactly what I needed to do, which I did, and on my first court date she was able to get the charges down to a non moving violation with a small fine, and the ordeal was over. Nicole was professional, honest, straightforward, and did what she said she would do every step of the way. I highly recommend her, and have recommended her to several people. I would hire her again without a thought, however, I hope I never need to. Thank you Nicole!!

I would like to thank Nicole and Katia for making the legal process as smooth as possible. I never imagined being in this position and I am thankful Nicole was there to work with the prosecutor and myself for the best possible outcome. I was arrested for a DUI at a checkpoint after leaving a concert at the Jiffy Lube amphitheater. I contacted Nicole the next day and she really helped put my mind at ease with her attention to detail towards understanding my case, and her confidence and reassurances that she would work every possible legal angle to get the best outcome. Nicole (with the help of Katia) was very responsive throughout the entire process, and in the end Nicole negotiated a plea for me of general reckless driving, which was a far better outcome than what I thought would be possible. I can't thank Nicole and Katia enough for all of their support and efforts.

She was great. She listens to you and provides you with details about the possible outcomes. I like hearing things the way it is rather than getting false consolidations. She is very nice to talk to and express your thoughts and feelings to which, believe me or not, at times does calm you down. She does not deter from going to trial if necessary. I had a difficult case of possible DUI which was reduced to reckless. She had confidence in my case enough to bring the case from District court to Circuit court even after we went into trial in the district court which we almost, sort of, won. She does not back out of a challenge and does look at all aspects of the case. You will get peace of mind knowing that she is handling your case. And she is very friendly too and thats a plus and will always respond to your queries coz i think she kinda has a feeling of what a person may be going through. Also she seems to be well renowned in Manassas court so that helps too. loved having her representing me. if you dont want to mess around with your case go with her or at least go talk to her once before you chose your lawyer and you will know what i mean.

Nicole was great in all aspects. She delivered solid results, was extremely knowledgeable, charged fair fees for her representation, and was enjoyable to work with throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend!
