My family has been working with Phil Menke for nearly 3 years to resolve the probate of the estate of a cousin. Mr. Menke is so far behind in processing the estate that he has been censured by the probate court and had to pay numerous fines. He no longer responds to our emails in a timely fashion. Such a disappointment.

Attorney Mark Bailey is a life saver. He did a great job on my case and completely resolved the case for me. He is great at communication and was always available to answer any questions. Always sent updates and followed up on stuff. I highly recommend him and his firm for any legal means.

I was caught off guard while driving back from Charlottesville, Virginia, after helping my in-laws move.
