I am a past client at this law firm they offer a great help but this morning I just called for a referral. Who ever the older secretary was, was very rude condescending and unprofessional. I knew that the law firm did not offer services in the county that my case was proceeding in I just wanna referral and the secretary was extremely rude

Mike was my attorney and he got me off some serious charges.It could have put me away for a very long time. I was charged with gun charges, possession, and a distro. He believed in me and knew I wasn't guilty. My charges got dropped to a possession. I would still be incarcerated without his help. Thanks again Mike Pignone you saved my life!

I needed a law firm to represent my sister in Virginia regarding a tenant who was unlawfully occupying her basement using fraudulent means. After another law firm had turned down a request to represent her, I contacted Purnell, McKennitt & Menke for consultation. Not only was their consultation fee 50% cheaper than their competitors, but my sister also received an appointment right away and a partner in the firm was assigned to represent her. Mr. Geoffrey J.O'Brien was assigned to the case immediately. He called my sister, made an appointment and met with her to consult, and offered to represent her. He was dedicated, professional, and very sensitive, as well as empathetic with my sister's situation. He not only defended my sister and had the judge dismiss the tenant's frivolous petition for relief, but also got the judge to issue sanctions for use and occupancy against the tenant. He was also able to have the court issue an eviction order for the tenant. All in all, this was a very successful case and a win that Mr. O'Brien helped to achieve for my sister. We are grateful.
