I called Mike on short notice, he asked for 2 things my court date, and my charge. He said meet there at 9am and asked for simple documentation I needed to acquire. I had no real expectations aside from the fact he came HIGHLY recommended. He went above and beyond, up against a cop who wanted to give me time for HIS own mistake, and inability to read documentation correctly. Mike would not have any of it. Mind you the cop that had charged me has also been well known to “target” some acquaintances and friends of mine as well. I’ll just say we all share similar traits and characteristics. If you need a well equipped and knowledgeable lawyer that will go to bat up against ANYONE. Mikes the guy to call.

I was Referred to Mr. Pignone by my neighbor who thinks is Mario Andretti and has a heavy right foot and has used his services in many occasions, always with a great outcomes, so I contacted him ..and boy am I glad I did! he got me out of a mess. Back on 7/12/2020 I was out for first time since COVID outbreak celebrating being around humans. Long story short after leaving a bar in Old Town Occoquan, I was arrested for a DWI with a 0.16 BAC. Long story short after spending a night in jail (15 hours total), I told Mike I simply can not afford a DWI on my record. I have a security clearance and I need my job. After several (I believe 5) continuances, today May 6, 2021 I got my judgment. So I went from having a DWI with a 0.16 BAC I am not down to being entered into the system a reckless driving with a six month suspended license however it is a restricted drivers license and to do the a ASAP program. $500 fine plus court fees $96, and for those who want to know ASAP cost it is $400. I am so happy with this deal and I was so shocked that I hugged Mike and thanked him for getting me what I wanted. I am happy to have a Reckless Driving on my record versus a DWI. You can’t go wrong with Mike Pignone. I am keeping him in my contact list forever.

Mike was very professional from the time I met him for my dui case. He was very educational in the process and made me feel comfortable with the situation I was in. I had the pleasure of using Mr. Mark Bailey for a reckless driving ticket. I hired him to represent me at the court hearing. When I hired Mr. Bailey I told him that I did not want to plea it down, that I felt confident that I was innocent. Mr. Bailey listened to my requests, took them into consideration, and then laid out my options. On the court date Mr. Bailey had already talked to the prosecutor and worked out a plea deal, which I didn't want. He understood, looked up some case law and was able to get my case dismissed.
